How long does shipping take for my board?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Once your board leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for boards in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do Evolve skateboards come with a warranty?

Yes, all new Evolve skateboards include a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible customers.

Can I ride my electric skateboard in the rain?

While our boards are built to high standards, they are not waterproof. We strongly advise against riding in wet conditions, through puddles, or in the rain to protect the electronic components and maintain your warranty.

How do I maintain my board's battery life?

To ensure longevity, avoid leaving your battery fully discharged for long periods. We recommend storing your board at approximately 40-50% charge if you do not plan on riding for more than a few weeks.
