Ensure your board or gear is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and components intact to qualify for a full refund.

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and ship it to our designated service center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
